1. install postgresql, set password portaldish https://sbp.enterprisedb.com/getfile.jsp?fileid=1260196
2. install .net 6.0 https://builds.dotnet.microsoft.com/dotnet/Sdk/6.0.428/dotnet-sdk-6.0.428-win-x86.exe
3. install python https://www.python.org/ftp/python/pymanager/python-manager-26.2.msix

5. uncompress both, use 7z with the actual sql data
6. open postgresql shell and type "psql -U postgres" then "CREATE DATABASE robloxsets;"
7. then go to cmd and type "psql -U postgres -d robloxsets -f "sets.sql" replace sets.sql with the path to the sql file you downloaded from 4
8. go to the google drive zip and run the .bat
9. it should open localhost in your browser, your done
